The board of directors consists of seven board members:
Dr. Michael Gude
Chairman of the Board (CEO)
Michael Gude was originally responsible for research & development. He has a doctor in electronic engineering and is entrepreneur in the branch of electronics since the beginning of the 80's. Michael Gude has been official expert in this field appointed by German courts for many years. His experience in ISDN technology can be dated back to the beginning of ISDN.
Jörg Ciesielski
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Jörg Ciesielski has accomplished his graduation thesis of electronic engineering in the field of ISDN technology and attained profound knowledge in chip development ever since. Within the Cologne Chip support, his ISDN experience makes him a true expert for all technical questions of our customers.
Harald Schaefer
Director Sales and Marketing
Harald Schaefer has studied information science and economics. Being an entrepreneur himself for many years, he has gained extensive experience in electronic distribution. Besides presiding the sales and marketing team of Cologne Chip, he is a qualified contact for our customers concerning product details.
Klaus Winterscheidt
Director Finance and Logistics
Klaus Winterscheidt is electronic engineer and furthermore has attained broad academical knowledge in the subjects of information science, mathematics and business administration. His outstanding management skills ensure that Cologne Chip does stand for permanent product delivery.
Cologne Chip AG is under Supervision of three Board Members
Hermann-Josef Kirschbaum is chairman of the supervisory board. He is a diplomaed mathematican and has gained expert knowledge as founder as well as manager in the software industry.
Uwe Jahnke has studied business administration and economics. Being a successful assurance broker, he has brought up an agency that is specialized in business-to-business services.
The board is completed by Lutz Hempel who has graduated in physics, chemistry and mathematics. He has expanded his broad academical knowledge by qualifying in information sciences, making him a multi-skilled lecturer.
